looking for water cooled vertical lighting tubes... please advise

This is the best I could find. I could vertical hang these water cooled tubes but at 250 a pop I wouldnt mind getting something cheaper. Im open to any ideas... is there anything that fits the bill at a better price?

any other advice would be greatly appreciated as well. Id love to vertical hang but will have lots of heat issues so the water cooled tubes seem like the way to go.
