I think @jumpincactus could tell it better than me  (Yep, stirring the shit again) apparently he had some super elite genetics come from those very same beans and now my brother @rmoltis has been kind enough to offer them to me as a gift to my new bloom room...:shockedninja: *bait set*

That's about the third time this week that someone made me regret not getting the space monkey yet. I've been seeing people rave about em. Last minute I grabbed the joystick (wifi x snow lotus) instead because I was going to get some gg4 clones from a friend.

I found some beans in the stash that came out of the emerald triangle last year some time labeled gg4 f1s. Now I assume these are actually S1s but I've been thinking about popping them to see what I get and if they are all fems.

I guess it would have to be s1's right? I didn't jump on the clones right away for a few reasons. I have a my hands full as a new grower with 7 different strains in my tent and I've heard they can be finicky to grow. Wouldn't be a problem for you I'm sure since you know what you're doing tho lol

Shit man, didn't mean to give you the impression they were finicky, when I said they were a pain in the ass I meant more along the lines of the way they grow, they seem fairly easy to take care of health-wise.

Time and persistence will see those beans go to good use. That being said, I've never seen the point in some guys treating seeds like baseball cards but, to each their own I guess.

I am with @Papa Indica here somewhat. When you get into the obsession stages of hoarding /collecting beans, a couple of things happen. 1. is you end up with more beanz than you literally can run in your lifetime. 2. When your chasing the koolest new strain name or hype you truly never get to know a strain real well cause your always moving on to the next fad GG # 4 or Cookies. I think you get the point. Which to my mind, cheats the grower themselves from becoming real intimate with an individual strain and getting to know it inside and out before moving on to the next fad. How can as a grower you really hone your skills and master growing if you don't take the time to really get to know a strain and all its possible phenos. This I believe is where the real gems in a line slip thru the cracks. Yea it is sad nowadays you can run thru a pack and not find a gem, but that is the world we run in for sure. It is the strain chaser that make up todays pollen chuckers rather than full on breeders, due to lack of time put into each line to lock it down. Just my .2 cents Pulling up my shield to ward off the arrows!!!!

What has changed about gorrilla glue ? The first 6-8 months on i-mag' everyone said it needed a cross ? Not that strong ...

I've had it and the high, taste seem normal nothing that sticks out .... Is it the yield or the fact it looks good on the net' ????

P.S. - Dank / Kine can be found in any pack if you can max out the genetics with a stress free run ....... I bet many " gorilla glue's " can be found. One of the best plants ( we lost ) was a cut of Barney's ( no really ) vanilla kush - And this goji makes gorrilla glue look like hemp seed, pop those beans and dial in that enviro ~

I'm with you Spider lots of complaints were flyin about early in the GG craze about floppy feeble stems. The whole GG fad was based in part on the thrichome production. But overall out of the 4 guys I know personally that ran it, I never did bring it to my garden based on weak genetics from what I was seeing. Just my opinion, each to their own as always!!!

Doesn't surprise me barneys vanilla kush is good he actually has a decent kush (mother?) I believe. Anyway kush crosses are the only good thing I've seen out of there in a while
