How about some Silver Haze and Super Silver Haze. The good ole stuff from like 10 years ago. Anyone try that shit. The taste of haze is off the charts if you ask me. Such a lingering taste on the pallet. The scent it gives off is truly amazing. It's like burning the best incense except everyone likes the smell. That was some good ole stuff for sure

Oh yeah, silver haze is wayyyy underrated. I think people have lost faith in Sensi Seeds for some reason, just like with Greenhouse but I don't think Sensi messed up their strains quite the same way with losing parent plants and switching up the recipe to their seedlines. Silver Haze is still Silver Haze, Jack Herer is the same, etc. . . And Mr Nice is putting out epic stuff these days you should check out if you like those flavors found in the Haze lines. I got an afghan skunk x afghan haze plant that was insanely good. It yielded the most beautiful purple haze buds I've ever seen and the flavor was like cedar wood, pine and chocolate. Incense all the way, which i really prefer to diesel flavors that are popular now.
And the effects, WOW! Such a classy smoke - it was truly like the champagne of cannabis. Ultra smooth, powerful and yet relaxed. Not racy at all but super potent. AAA+ quality.

I miss the Hash Plant varieties that were around in the late 90's and early 2000's. At that time I had two batches of a Cherry Hash Plant that was still one of my favorite smokes to date. It was super tasty and the effect was wonderful. It seems those Hash Plant varieties have all but disappeared.

Spice of Life, all of their great seedlines from the late nineties and early 2000's. I wish breeder Steve would come back and set things straight, get us off this OG trip. NOTHING is better than Blockhead, I mean nothing.

I love the tangerine dream. Biggest buds I have ever seen. 2 liter bottles all day. I have a pic somewhere I'll post it here for you later.

The SLH is a staple. I found her out of like 150 beans. She is so super good and frosty. Only thing is she grows kinda slow,m but stays short and bushy and is perfect for low ceilings and sea of green. No support required.

funny this was for lost strains and i was hesitant to throw up my SLH and seems to be a real crowd pleaser now. I also had a killer Lemon Skunk done in 49 on the button of sticky goodness unfortunately I was a noob back then and didn't keep clones .....

And there you have it! Nice one. The back bone of a lot of modern day cannabis. Cut my teeth on Nevil's Seed Bank and Skunk #1 was the absolute shit. Strong, acrid skunk smell and a high that would blister you. Red eyed and satisfied. Hardly any trim or manicure needed. You could smell it a block away.

In '90 I made seeds of my Seed Bank Skunk #1's and also crossed them to their original NL #1. Unfortunately the ex threw them all out for spite during our divorce.

As far as lost genetics, Skunk #1, before Sam the so called Skunkman got hold of it and turned it into fruit punch, I speculate, is probably one of the most missed. More and more are seeking out the road kill smell of yesterday.

I'd consider most of the original offerings from the SSSC and Seed Bank to be worthy of the label heirloom at this point. I love today's modern hybrids but greatly miss the skunky-piney flavors of the 80's and 90's.

I'm also surprised that the Genius clone lost popularity. Apollo 11 was some of my favorite as well. Soul held the "Princess" clone tightly but handed out the Genius cut to a few growers. I remember once he posted on the boards on the old CW that he was surprised that no one had done a remake of Apollo 11 given that it's Genius X C99.

With that said I'd like to encourage anyone holding "Genius" to reconsider a remake of the Apollo 11.

Ak-47 was some straight flame back in it's day and i havn't seen much touch it with that name in a long time! SLH is sucha issue for me right now, i know a guy with a cut and it's so amazing i can't put words to it!! He will not come off a cut for anything. I tried GHS and never even come close to real deal and have given up on them... It seems to be one of the only strains that helps with my nerve damage to the level it does...i think cause of limonine or what not.:pompus:
