Lots of small new leaves growing out of buds.. your advice please

Hi all
Inexperienced grower here..
Could you please have a look at these buds and tell me if there’s anything wrong with them? The plants were flipped 4 weeks ago and buds were forming well but now they seem to be growing a heap of small leaves out of inside the buds themselves. Is this a problem?

Just remember leaves are harsh when you smoke em.
What I do is take the leaves and make some brownies or gummy bears (coconut oil works really well)

We just trim the small leaves come harvest and bin the big fan leaves you can use the trim to make various including hash,oil and Edibles

If you have a sugar leaf joint is A plus! Fan leaves and sugar leaves on lesser bud are rough though imo
