So guys,

What do you think, will it work? Day 1 of drying in a wine fridge. Temp at 17/18, humidty fluctuating a bit, between 50% and 65%. Just bought a portable fan to put in tomorrow

Yes, in it now. Trying to keep it under control but it doesn't really remain at a stable 50-55, it goes sometimes lower than 40 and higher than 65. Humidity is a bitch.. I'm trying different stuff to keep it down but not too much; once I find the perfect combo I ll tell you!!
