Low Light For Night Cycle

A few weeks back a read in a thread someone using a low lumen light for night , kinda mimicking the moon , and that they had seen significant growth doing this . Has anyone else tried this ? and what sized bulb ?

In flower this will likely cause reveg.

In veg you can just go 24hrs light anyway.

Oh and the moon is only reflected light amd hits the earth at aproximately 1 candlepower. 1 lumen. Plants may not see it at all. Humans have sensitive vision.
