I am still a newbie, this is my second grow. Experienced same on the first grow, different strain. First were Gorilla Cookies. This strain is Harle Tsu Feminized. As you can see the tops have good color, I think, but the lower leaves turn yellow then brown. PH is balanced at 6.1. I am using FloraSeries food mixed to exact directions.
Images show plant today. Leaves have been pulled and are a week old, so they are drying out, but still representative of how they were on the plant.
What would you guess the problem is?

I'd guess some combination of over-feeding and over-watering. What media? What size pots? How often and how much are you watering? How often are you feeding? Have you tested your runoff EC/ppms?

Can't remember the name of the soil, but it was formulated for cannabis. I only water when the soil is on the dry side per water meter, and then 1.5 quart. I feed at the same time. Usually every other day or every 3 third day at the longest. I have not tested my runoff EC/PPMS. Pots are 3 gallon. Should I go a couple of times with just water, no feed?

My answer depends on the media. If you're in an amended peat base like Happy Frog, I'd wait until I saw straight-down droop in the lowers (so I knew the pot was dry) and then I'd water slowly to saturation, which might take between a quarter and a third of the pot volume. Then I'd dry it back until the pot was very light. Those amended soils don't do well with frequent watering. If you're in coco or unamended peat, my advice would be different.

overdose for sure and blocks bs of it
don't feed em so often, try to feed once per 2 weeks

Most of the damage is water related, there's some toxicity but not much. Feed once every 2 weeks? He is not top dressing he is using liquid nutes, once every 2 weeks is crazy, you might aswell punch them if youre gonna abuse them that much and get your anger off while at it.
