lower or higher LIGHTS to slow down growth?

Hey farm, Im in my second week of flowering and my ladies are huge (tall)... I need to slow the growth a bit any techniques will be appreciated?

what size light u useing ? how close is it to the tops ?

Im using 2 1k lights, light are 1 ft - 1ft 1/2 away from tops

surely if they are that close the plants will be fryed . u useing cool tubes then ? post some pics up . what strain u growing ? most will strech for the 1st 4 to 5 weeks
