Lowering Water Ph To 5.3 In Coco/hydro For Final Flush

Has anyone done this?
Im going to try it next harvest unless someone has tried and can warn me of disaster.
According to this chart potassium isnt available at its best in hydro until 5.3, Im just afraid locking out sulfer will kill the terps.

6.5 pH, No need to waste materials on a plant that is in its finishing stage. Hell, I cut my lights down to 50% for the finishing stage also or move them across the room 8 feet from the lights.

Also I don't know how accurate that chart is? Too sharp of cut-off points.
