Do what I did to my new gelato, drop your carbon filter on it from 6ft up snapping the mainstem in half, and breaking 3 lower branches.

5 days later its fully recovered and way more suited for scrog

Hi i am a newbie grower, ive never done lst training before , whats the best method i can use, seeing as my plant is more bushy, and hasnt got long stems on the fans leafs to pinn back. What should i do?

I see you topped it. In the 4th pic I see good shoots. I'd of pulled them down, and bent the top over myself. Good luck on the top, I can't bring myself to cut a plant like that yet, lol.

Do it ive seen alot of benefit! Defiently be doing it to my other plants, im alot pinning braches down, lots of new growth.

Ignore the white dots its bits of saw dust, from cutting a vent hole out.
