You want K numbers like 4200 and up for veg and 3200 under for flower. 30 watts a sqfoot is ok 50 is good and over 100 is allmost overkill. Plants can get light bleeching from too much light. Check the grow FAQ for more info on CFLs

Got no bleaching with 134.5 watts per square foot not 129 sorry for miss info did get some heat stress but raise the lights too about 4 inches instead of 1 to 2 like a lot off people say and blowing the fan straight up helped some fan leave ends got dryed out but after the fix every thing was fine it can be done just cut it down and got 359 grams from one plant that's wet weight so if I lose a 3 rd still get like 3 ounces or better from cfls nice grow very proud right now

Oh ya i used the 6500k for veg and the 2700k 3 of those and one 3000 k 4200 lumens and 68watts on the 2700 k and 3400 lumens and 65 watts on the other and for veg I used two 65 watts with 3400 lumens each and 6 5000 k 27 watt and 1750 lumens each got the job done
