When you water you fully saturate the media. 100%. And you wait to water again until the media is mostly dry but the plant hasn't wilted yet. Right now you're fine.
The fear of over watering is a misnomer. It's not a risk of too much water at once. It's a risk of giving water before the previous watering has dried up enough. Moisture meter from the garden section will help. 12 bucks. Piece of mind.
Everything I read says it could be too much watering not enough watering. Temperature one way or the other. I’m losing my mind here. Lol. I need to smoke.
-Humidity is at 50% temp between 72-78What’s your humidity and temp at? How close are your lights? How often are you watering? How much are you giving it per feeding?
Over and under watering look very similar.

Humidity and temps are fine. I would wait an extra day and then give them a good watering ... 40ml-60ml. Give them more water when you water them, but don't water them nearly as often. 5 days between watering at seedling stage is not unheard of. Those peat pots become a sponge so you've kind of got a bit of a challenge on your hands and watering too frequently will only make it worse. The good news is your plants are pretty hardy. If you make the changes now, your plants should thrive.-Humidity is at 50% temp between 72-78

i recently grew a wedding cake from a seed, and it curled like yours, just genetics (obviously undesired genetics, toss it out! lol). the plant is fine. What does it mean if the leaves are curled down?
Me, too!Everything I read says it could be too much watering not enough watering. Temperature one way or the other. I’m losing my mind here. Lol. I need to smoke.
For what it's worth, I had the exact same question the other day about bio seed starter pots vs. dixie cups. What I learned from the experienced folks on this forum is to use clear plastic cups for germination, thus ensuring you can observe the root structure and will be easily able to determine when it's time to transplant to the final pot.Funny how many people start growing weed in those biodegradable pots, myself included. I'm not a fan of them, they slow down the root growth quite a bit and damage roots if you try to remove it. Hard to control water content also since they don't dry out the soil the same as a solid or synthetic fabric pot. More likely to harbor mold and fungus.
Sorry. Thats all I got.. for next time, use real pots for starts.
