Forum looks spot on, your platinum looks different than the DHN platinum, but that's not to say what you have isn't plat. Gsc. Can't go wrong with the forum though as that's proven gsc

That's more like it.. The platinum is trying 2 get 2 the screen & the forum towers over the screen.. I really like how happy they look.. & GSC is a hard girl 2 keep happy.. Great work..

Confusion always happens when we smoke so much weed. Well at least 4 me..LOL

Hey Farmer's, I thought I would share some of the better photo's from my current grow of GSC's. I took these clones from my good friend's room the day before he flowered, on Dec 17. Roots by the 28th. Transplanted a week later. Last pics are current as of yesterday, about 4 weeks old, due for a transplant and just put under a 600w mh super blue for a couple weeks before I take clones and flower under a 1000whps. That is the story. Rest should be pretty much photo's once a week or so.

SO glad I thought to re-read this string. the forum here can be a bit overwhelming. (thank you - been a geek all my life, could've been poster boy if they'd had one back then. love so much info in one place. )

do I understand right: the original GSC vegges fast, stretches a lot in flower, and doesn't produce very well? (how well?)

LOVE the wire nets!, got to try that. Thank You for such good photos which will make it so easy to duplicate them. Is that chicken wire or poultey netting? looks like chicken wire.

I bet using such wire screens would increase outdoor yields just as well as it does indoors.

Hey plantlover, the screens do work in the outdoor for providing a sea of green or keeping a canopy level but with the Sunshine you don't get the small buds half way down a plant like you do indoors due to the light intensity lessoning on way down the plant.
But for a planter bed or something that isn't going for Tree status a screen would promote even spacing and keep the heavy flowers up and getting prime light til the end resulting in a high quality all around the screen.

The Forum GSC cut vegs fairly fast and the DHN is a crawler and the SCM is closer to the Forum for growth rate in veg.:)

Thanks plantover, the netting is 2" wire mesh from lowe's. It comes in several hole sizes's and length's in rolls. 2" is my favorite, and I have been using it indoors for quite a while now. This is my first run with either cookies strain, so I am learning the stretch and trying to deal with both pheno's at the same time. I also have 2 Chemdog 91' and 1 Sour Diesel in there. Chemdog are the corner plants on the left side of screen, and sour diesel is the front right corner.

How many plants have ya under that wire screen bro ?
I am running 16 plants this round. Was initialy only going to be 12 gsc's , but at the last minute I decided to throw in one more gsc , the 2 Chemdog and the Sour diesel. Three total weeks of veg time and today will be day 8 of 12/12. Canopy getting thick, almost to thick. Might have to thin her out a bit?

How long does this forum cut stretch for? Anyone?

Mine seem 2 stretch for a full 21 days.. I'm on day 20 & it seems like there finely done.. I'm using new nutes 4 the 1st time so that could b the reason.. But I got 1 GSC that only stretched 14 days & that plant is growing with H&G nutes..the rest of the plants r grown with H16.. I've never used H16 or H&G b4

yessir looks great.Be prepared for 2 more weks of strong stretch. Mine finished stretching about two weeks ago.
I'm in week 5. Definitely see that the bigger buds are the ones on the outside. She's a finicky one, but she's fire.

Garden looking fresh and green like always. Thanks for the update.

I am using Botanicare, been thinkin H16, and just came off 3 years of H&G. Haah! Thanks for the input. I am used to a fairly good stretch with the diesel and dawg anyway. I just keep tucking the forum under the platinum and let them battle it out.
Ever scrogged with that screen bro?
My m8 reckons a lb a plant (16oz)+? is possible from 1 plant!
E
This is the way I've been doin it for 5+ yrs now. Best bang for my buck, and room size. I have short ceilings. It also usually helps eveything mature evenly, no larf. I bet a lb. plant could come that way, but I've never wanted to pay for power to veg that 1 plant the extra time. So I fill my canopy with more plants, shorter veg. and I always keep it around 4'x4'. It is fairly easy to do 12-16 plants at an avg. of 3/4 oz. per plant.

Thanks I am trying my best to kinda shade the tops with other foliage to see if they respond better to more indirect light. I have also used screen material before in times of need to diffuse light.
