Magnesium Sulfate

I have a magnesium def so I picked up a bag of magnesium sulfate. Any one use this as a foliar or in their mix?

Its the same thing as Epsom salt. I use it weekly in teas which I do foliar. Good results. I believe its the only ingredient listed on botanicares sweet, or was it the fulvex? Possibly both ;)

I use it as a foliar with Sea Green. They love it. I'll add some to the res here and there for a little boost.

Yes. Start at about 1/4tsp/gal, and be sure to use a sticker-spreader. Can also be given as root drench starting at about that rate.

So I was checking my round of clones out and wondering why this def has come about. I had a ph meter adj recently so I recalibrated but its been a cpl weeks and Im still seeing the def so I watered one plant and checked the run off it went from 5.8 to 5.3 real fast. I duluted my nutes with plain water and brought the ph 6.3. I need to be more diligent with the basics. I'll give them a mag foliar tonight. thx for the help.;)
