I remember 2 houses ago, doing the same thing. Old basement and built 3 good sized rooms!! Looking forward to the new set up

Hell yeah, priorities! Looking great! The build out looks awesome, a lot can be done in that space , Wish the wife would let me convert the extra bedroom, I even promised tomatoes

I see you said you plan to build out the other side too, might I suggest a mother room! Perpetual would be so sick to run with multiple rooms in rotation, did that with the tents for a bit but not enough space to work, you got the skills I’d build a mother room, then to the side have a good size veg room, big enough to have plants vegged large enough and ready to go into the flower room on chop day, root out for a week and flip, then a nice roomy clone / propagation closet

Have plans for a drying area? Take the headache outta the ordeal to always have a space just for drying you know exactly how to control every aspect of to get the perfect dry

Get that perfect drying method and roll with it, I plan to make a nice small one in my crawlspace I think

Anytime man! The space you have and the ability to build it correctly and wire it correctly, one ultimate addition would be, a seperatly vented room, directly outside, a pollen room, to flower out males
