Are they all like this or is this a runt or mutation?
From what I understand, there are several different phenos, of Destroyer. One is the Pearls type, like Dr Grinspoon, which may be some good stuff, but is not what Im looking for, in Destroyer. Im not overly excited in flowering a plant 18 weeks, and getting 1/2oz off of it.
But there are also Mexican Phenos, and Columbian.
I heard, but cant confirm, Fem versions, are most likely to be more Mexican influenced. I got 2 Fems of Seedheads going right now, at about 3 weeks from soaking the seeds, and these, are extremely compact. Much more than I ever thought they would be, for a pure sativa. It also could be the light Im using, as it is 5000k, which encourages to making a compact plant. But I also have a couple ACE KA5H fems, and 2 Relic Cough BX3, and they are both more sativa looking. But, looks, can be deceiving. Its not like the Destroyer has big fat Indica type leaves. But, as of right now, they are medium size, for the plant size. And as I said, extremely compact.
Fem-Destroyers are extremely healthy. 2 for 2 germ rate. Im going to try and keep them small, and set them outside, and light deprive them, in the spring/April.
I messaged Oldsogscoc.com, and asked him, when he obtained his seeds, from Cannabiogen, and he told me, his seeds are stock from both 2005, and 2010. Im sure, these, are Original Genetics, Before the Bust. Not sure when the bust was, but I dont think before 2010. Im sure someone knows for sure. But its for 100% sure the 2005 seeds, are original release, like ArtofSelection has.
I also bought 3 packs of Oldsogscoc, but didnt use them, as I dont have time/space, to look for a female, and really want to save the Regular Seeds, for indoor purposes. Especially the Males. He sells 3 packs, for $150. Otherwise, $70, a pack, and, if you but 4 packs, its $240usd!! Only way to get discount, is to buy, in 3s.
To increase genetic diversity even more, it may be a good idea, for someone that has space, to breed AOC, and oldscog together, in open pollination. oldsogscog, are open pollination.
From the Left, Second Row, First 2 Cups, are Destroyer Fems, from Seedheads.
1st row from Left are El Jefe S1, of Puck Hashplant. They are 2 weeks behind the bigger plants.
Second Row, from Left as stated, first 2 plants, are Fem/Destroyer.
The next 2 plants-Row 2 are ACE KA5H
Row 3 are ALL, F2, of Crickets and Cicada Pacific Northwest Hashplant x Puck BC1-These Repros came from NWSun, on Strainly. Still some left, but is getting low. I bought 2 packs, and he gave me an exttra free pack of same. I did ask for same, if he gave free seeds, so he sent a whole pack. Did same for Karma Sour Diesel BX 2. PNWHP x Puck F2 BC1 are regulars. Reason I didnt have room for any other Regular/Destroyer Seeds was because I choose to use these, and Relic Cough BX3. I felt Cough were more expendable vs the R Destroyers, and I really wanted to compare the PNWHP x Puck, to the Puck S1.
