Making Nutes Ph Question

Hey guys so I use the H3ad formula for my plants 6ml micro 9ml bloom
when I make my nutes in a 55gallon drum using ro water
My ph is around 4.0 before I have to adjust it
I recently calibrated my ph meter (bluelab combometer)
Still shows around 4.0 ph when I make the nutes I give it 10 minute to mix well and check still the same

Anyone using the Lucas/H3ad method have this problem as well?

I've used the Lucas/Head formula with success. Nothing unique about the pH.
What is the approx Ppm?
I might check the ph of some tap water. If it's 4.0, could be your pH pen is bonkers.
I used to add some Epsom first, mix,......micro, mix.....bloom, mix......check/adjust pH. 30 gallons a pop.

Jokingly.....They should only sell pH pens in pairs of 2. Then we could compare the 2.
