Making "syrup " With Rso Oil

Here in mi some of the dispos sell "medicated syrup" with RSO as the active ingredient. Any Idea what it has in it and how its made? Have some RSO and would like to make my own. They also sell jugs of Cool Aid with RSO oil in it. Any Idea how they keep the RSO from separating? Thanks
