The photo is too blurry at the point that is needed to see if there is the two white hairs or balls. Can you repost with the things in question highlighted? That might make it easier to tell. It shouldn't have either unless it was under short light periods already. A little history will help.

It's female, you can see the white hairs starting to come out

And no you cant make a male go back to female, since it never was a female
