dont forget it could also be a hermie and show both sexes. i think i see the beginnings of some ballsacks there in the last pics, but you'll know very soon. you can just pick them off if she herm's on you a bit, it can happen with unstable feminized strains

Is it only the hermes that you can castrate and still have a productive plant?

You can cut the male sacs off but they would just continue to grow at nice rate; you would have to pluck em out maybe once a week. If you really wanna keep a hermie, you’re just going to have to spray the sacs with pure water to prevent the pollen from dusting the pistils while plucking sacs out. You can only do this to hermies, but not on a male plant.
