I have to agree with you 100%. I feel the same way. Don't tell me what to do when I live here and most likely others are living outside Cali. Like you said, get off your ass and change things in your own state and stop waiting for use to lead the way. Everyone can thank Cali also, because without us. It would have never made it this far for all the other states. Think about it and you will agree.

Between Hawaii and Cali, they set the standards for all others to follow.
