each gallon =1oz is that true
I average 90-120g per 1/2gal
no scrogging and training
3-4' plants topped once
just depends on how you grow and if you want to maximize your yield

and he isnt gonna be vegging long enough for his plants roots to fill out the 5gal
if it was soil I would say 5-10gal pot and veg fo 3 months
but coco you want it small and multiple feeds a day to maximize the use of coco
