A 19-year-old Oshkosh man faces a felony drug possession charge after authorities say they intercepted a package sent to the man's grandmother's house.
Brett T. Peters is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and obstructing an officer. He appeared Monday, Sept. 21, in Winnebago County Circuit Court, where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Court Commissioner Bryan Keberlein also continued a $1,500 cash bond.
