I bought a mars hydro 300w full spec led light and its a joke! You cant grow anything with it ! I use it to germanate my seeds, i will never buy another cheap Chinese light!!!!!!
I bought a similar mars product years ago, I assure you THIS is a much improved product with support to match ! I agree don’t buy the cheap Chinese lights ! Now that I can compare Side by side , I see I spent day 200 on a couple 1000watt off Amazon , course the 1000 big misnomer !until ya get it home , the. You got the veg and bloom switches? Do I need to supplement any other light with the sp-250 with during flower? Or just just distance?
Hey guys, recently, we received customers' complains that SP250's connection was burned.
When we check with growers, we find that some customers in order to leave the driver out of the tent, add the cords themself directly(Our previous SP250 doesn't have the extension cords), then the connect was burned. Fortunately, just the connection burned, there were no more accidents. Also, most of the growers who want to add the cords contacted us first for the specification and instruction, we only have 3 cases since the SP250 released.
So what caused this problem:
-When adding the cords, the cord size is smaller than what the light needs, which makes the cords cannot bear the electricity currently and burn.
- When adding the cords, the two-wire was connected wrong, which will cause the light short circuit. and the connection might be burn.
I'd like to remind Mars Hydro growers (unless you are an electric engineer yourself, and no need help), that before you want to do anything with the lights, please kindly contact us first! This will be the safest way to help you proceed with more success and protect yourself with the warranty issue. Thanks for your understanding.

the tent arrived super fast, customer service stayed in contact though the entire process from factory to my door. tent was well packaged and contents all safe and sound.
the tent itself took 30 mins or a big joint to fully erect with a buddy's help i enlisted as my room is rather small and even smaller now.
the tent is very well made, thick and heavy as we like em. i did of course find a few pins holes when i light checked. these were a easy 5 min fix with reflector tape . always do this before you put in plants and fans etc. as for the number of pin holes and size. there were no more in this large 5x5 then they were in my 2x2's from different manufacturers nor was the size any larger.
i will be using this tent to flower, powered by 4 spider-farmer Sf-1000's, using a DWC system along with humboldts secret. wish me luck and thank all the members who have helped me get this far so quickly, and @MarsHydroLED for making a quality product at affordable prices along with continued support of our small part of the cannabis universe !!
