hard to be humble and this time year is the worst,get all mushy inside and blow a years worth of savings ,hahahah it just gets worse with age so alter your mind that it gonna happen hahahahhahToday is my credit card repayment day I spent a lot of money during China's double 11 shopping festival last month, just like Black Friday, this month like the mouse in the church, hard life! ☹

Great lights tell the drivers blow after 6 months. Been there done that, even after I sent them a second email letting them know the second driver had blown they want pictures and all. Gee buy 2 lights and they both go out 2 weeks apart from each other and they act like there is not problem. I think they know what is up and they just want to make it difficult to limit their losses. Plus it takes 4 weeks to get parts from China. If you are going to use this series you better buy 2 lights so when the first one goes out you can throw up the second one. I also have their reflector series, it has been bullet proof for over 2 years of continues use. But this series has issues.Loved it Joy, Emmie,Zoey. Would of liked to see you

actually i have two of your TS series. So I got the replacement driver for the first unit just in time because i was down to just one Mars light to use, When I looked my one remaining light was flashing, so I plugged in the new driver and it fixed the problem. Reported this to CS and they want pictures. You guys have an issue, out of replacements in the US, that means you shipped all the products for repair out. When 2 of the exact same products have issues a few weeks apart and it is the same component that failed it is a problem.Hello @Anthem , I'm really sorry to hear that. uld better check what caused the issue, the light work condition and offer a reasonable solution. I think that because we didn't have the replacement at the local repair center at that time, we need to ship it from China, sorry for waste your time. The stock issues also we are working for. The stock, shipping, after-sales service, warranty, these are what we are improving.

They sent me the new model with the extension cord and it was super easy to mount outside my tent! Very user friendly.now see i respect the shit out of that,wish yall would have done that back when,probally wouldnt have harmed the company as much,you said a lot with a few words,if your not a sparky,leave the shit alone,kudos emmie i like that a lot,so that being fact why not provide a daisy chain to stop folks from doing it,make it a option for in the tent or out ,im sure folk would rather buy what the light is intended to do rather than jury rig some shit on it to keep outside the tent,me myself if i owned one of your lights,the driver would have to be outside the tent,i live in triple digit weather most of the year and dont have the pleasure of growing in the best envorment from a not so friendly state if you dig,this would be a jam up option to provide and will save your ass in the long run
