I purchased a turn key 2x2x5 grow tent set up and the light had little info, only Mars Hydro ECO 98. Is anyone familiar with or had experience with this light? I can’t find it anywhere on their website and no light I see on the site even looks like this light. My thinking is it is probably a discontinued light and they sold them at a discount to companies that sell turn key grow tents. Three grows with this light with my numbers being pretty close to spot on for entire grows. My buds won’t get dense, potency is good. I’m thinking it must be the light is not enough for flowering. I’m looking for info on power draw etc. to determine if I need a more powerful light. Any input is appreciated.

Old one huh? The little sticker left on it does not give watts. I’m hoping someone has or had one might know. Thanks for the response.

You can buy a gizmo that measures the wattage Being pulled from the wall if you really want to know bad.

It's probably around 100/240w. Take a picture of that sticker and upload it

We’ll that’s about everything you need to know about that light. Thanks for your efforts. Do you agree the light might be why my buds aren’t dense?

maybe a big factor of the equation, but we don't know what or how you grow. so i can't judge but you could definitely grab a better light. Hell even a TS1000 from them is better than the one you have.
But if you got the founds to get a grab a light then grab a well know product with QUALITY and Samsung LM301 Diodes.
I didn't have the budget and got mine for free at the time i started growing, so i didn't care, but if i have to buy i would grab something better then what i have.

Thanks again for your effort in finding those specs on that light. Piece by piece I’m replacing components of that turn key tent I bought. I’m now a believer in “buy nice or buy twice”
