Mars hydro only have one type of 🔌?

Just got my new Mars-hydro FC-E3000 and I set it all up and my new tent only to be crushed with disappointment! I live in NA and the plug they gave me doesn’t fit. When I ordered there was no option to choose what plug I needed so I figured they would see the fixture is going to NA and would give me American plugs. So far the first store I went to doesn’t have an adapter. I contacted Mars last night and still have not heard back. I brought 2 autoflowers over from my girlfriends house and now they are outside on my back patio. I have no space in my closet grow and now that they have been outside I will not bring them into that environment. Also I’m at risk for neighbors to see. I transported these plants for no reason so as you can imagine I’m extremely frustrated. Mars is this amazing brand I keep hearing about but this first experience has not been a good one. Hopefully this light will make up for all this BS and drive vigorous growth once I find an adapter… anyone else have issues when trying to contact Mars about problems. Has anyone had this happen to them?

You can use an old computer cord for that any electronics store will have an extension for that.

That plug is for the connection between the cord and the driver. The other end of it should be the regular 120v 15a plug.

I got one of my TS1000 with an incorrect plug and they sent me the correct one free of charge, I think it depends on the warehouse it comes from.

Yep had that problem. I even taped the hell out of it, it flipped my plants to flower while I was gone for 3 days.

Put a standard 120v male and female plug on it because I couldn't get Mars hydro to respond.

The next issue i had on my ts 3000 was the solder joints on the driver plug on one of the boards detached. There's no support for the jack accept for the solder joints.

Read my post. Mars Hydro has also been removed as a Sponsor for THC Farmer because their horrible customer service.

Mars Hydro BEWARE of what your buying, it isnt customer service.

So I sent an email to Mars hydro explaining my TS 3000 480 watt light had a PCB "quantum" board go bad. I notified them that they needed to fix the design flaws of the female Jack plug on the board. There is nothing structured to secure the jack the driver plugs into other than the solder...
