Wanted Mars hydro ts 3000

Hi guys i bought mars hydro ts 3000 and say in website that for veg shoud stay at 30inch at 100%, and i was doing that what cause me a Hard burn, só now i put at 90cm and 50%, any recomendation please

I am new to growing and would like to know if there is a site that growers list there lights with their heights and power settings? I have the same light and seek the same information for all stages. I have search for days and I find an assortment of suggestions but no real world experience with this light. I would like to hear from someone who has experience with this light.

Download lux meter off Google play store.. It's a phone app that uses your cameras flash sensor or something. Anyways give them 20k lux and u will be fine.

I run tsl 2000. Currently week one and am at 12k lux, plants are smaller than yours.

I'm new to led lights but I have one of these that gives me readings I can use to measure the intensity of the light. I'm not sure how accurate it is but I've been slowly adjusting the lux upwards...Through veg I had it a sf1000 18" away @ about 70% giving me a 20,000 lux, I only adjusted it as high as 75% giving me 25,000lux.....I now have an Se3000 I have at 19" away turned up to 82% giving me a lux of around 50,000 in the hot spots 40,000on the edges.....after 2 days I'll bump it up again if I see issues I'll back it off...no issues I'll keep pumping it up...I'm 2 weeks into flower with this new light.
