My last grow derailed after my plant hermied on me. It was my first grow and I only had one plant in one DWC tub.

in the tent I have 2 phlizon 245w actual power cob lights. (Also have a 600w adjustable HPS on back up)
1 Ac infinity 6 inch inline fan and carbon filter

planning on having 4 plants
Sundae Punch by elev8 genetics
White Widow by crop king seeds

Went out and purchased another tub and have them both set up in my tent.

My plans are to grow one white widow in one tub and one sundae punch in the other. I also started germinating a few
Seeds That I will plant in soil, I’m trying to have these so if I end up having the same problem as last time, I will have better chances at getting my female.

Seeds germinated today will go into my soil cups first and try to give them a head start on my dwc plants, so they will have a little head start.I’m not looking for these soil plants to be huge, just a couple to fill the space.

Do you guys think 4 plants is too much for my 4x4

Not for your tent, but you need to spread out your pot positions so they're even across the floor(4 plants), as this will be the maximum your plants can spread, and will become your lights footprint.

I have 4 soul pots in there now so I can pick the best from each. I’ll have 2 dwc and 2 soil by the time flowering comes.

Germinated seeds over the weekend and 3 have popped above the surface today. Got them all under low power on my lights for 24 hours a day right now.

when do you guys transfer your rapid rooters into your dwc system?

My other seeds should be here this week. Going to germinate those this weekend... these girls will have a head start on those, but I’m too impatient to wait till next grow to use some

I do mine as soon as the roots are showing well. Then top feed once a day until the roots hit the water

Alright, moved my Seedlings into the dwc reservoir because tap roots were both at least an inch out of my rapid rooters. I filled up with plain phed tap water and have my airstones ripping.
When do you guys start adding nutes? From what I read online it said after the second set of serrated fan leaves show? And I’m going to top feed once a day until then with plain phed water. When you top feed how much water do you pour over the rooter?

I would bump it up to 200 with nutes. Tap is pretty low in nitrogen. I mean they should be fine but I would bump it up.

i use a three part? So just a lil of each? Or just whatever has most nitrogen

All my soil seedlings are doing well. My two in my dwc are droopy. I’m wondering if I over watered. How much water should go over the rooter when I top feed?
