Hello new to the site looking for help with some outdoor plants started from seed two are producing single blade fan leaves plants are 9 weeks and just started flowering any advice would be great thank you

How many hours of light are they getting each day? Your photoperiod isn't right yet for an outdoor grow to flower as they are getting more light than is needed for flowering. So unless you have a way to light dep them they will revert to veg until the daylight hours are shortened or your provide some darkness for them

The single blades indicate to me they are converting back to vegetative growth due to too long a photoperiod.
