Master Kush Question

Can anyone in Cali (or another med state) tell me what variety of Master Kush is used?

I was looking for some seeds and it appears that some companies offer Master Kush as a cross between Hindu Kush and Skunk #1, while other companies sell Master Kush as a cross between two different indica varieties from the Hindu Kush region. Which is the variety most commonly associated with Master Kush?

If you are talking about the Masters that is very available in the club scene, tastes like coffee or a little chocolate, in Cali then it is none of those. I know that the strain is clone only and I really have no reason as to why it is called master to begin with.

I'm really just wondering what the true genetics of Master Kush are. If the original Master is the Skunk cross or the Hindu x 2 cross.
