Material for Making Various Cannabis Concentrates

Harvest time is near and this year I have decided to try my hand at some extraction methods. I have read several threads & tutorials but have one question... how to best process my trim / popcorn buds for various extraction processes. I know prime bud is the preferred material and if the harves gods smile upon me I will be using that also - but, I want to make good use of my trim / popcorn as well.:

ISO Hash - (1)freshly frozen, (2) dried & cured, (3) dried, cured & frozen before extraction or (4) dried, cured & baked prior to extraction?

BHO - (1)freshly frozen, (2) dried & cured, (3) dried, cured & frozen before extraction or (4) dried, cured & baked prior to extraction?

Tinticure - (1)freshly frozen, (2) dried & cured, (3) dried, cured & frozen before extraction or (4) dried, cured & baked prior to extraction?

bho- dried, not frozen. does not need cured

yer dry it, freezing it just before u start your process helps the glands come off much better
