Mats hydro 650 watt led light ballast getting to hot

I have mars hydro 650 watt led lights but when I have the lights on full power the ballast are burning hot does anyone know why this might be?

Def not burning hot. Uncomfortable yes. You have a temp surface reader?

I don’t, but I also have a have mars hydro 650 watts lights at my other spot just a different model but don’t have this problem, only having the problem on the newer model

Hang the driver and light separately. To make it last longer have some sort of fan blowing at the driver
