May have chopped CBD early and is that a Banana in the tailpipe?

First time growing a CBD photo plant and shut down the tent this weekend to harvest the OG Kush. This plant was in the corner so I didn’t pay it much mind.

Flowered for 8 weeks and the data sheet lists flower of 6-8weeks.

Plant is pretty green compared to the first Kush I cut. It’s been in darkness for a couple of days with Temp dialed down to 65F and RH at 55%.

What do you guys think?
Also should I save the cut leaves for a tea and can I expect any effect?

I’ve heard that with nanners, it’s spreading pollen as soon as it’s exposed. But you can maybe limit the damage by turning off fans then snipping the boy parts with tweezers.

And then continuing to inspect for more suspicious growths.

no banana don't release pollen as soon as they show, most of the time banana that show near the end of flowering won't have time to get mature enough and release some pollen before your harvest.

You’re right, I forgot that angle. So unless it’s getting an extended flowering period, nanners shouldn’t matter now. Thanks for the correction, @HerbalEdu !

if you already cut the plant down it cannot be pollinated so no worries about spreading pollen unless you have other plants in flower near by

Damn the Chiquita’s were all over the main cola and top stem buds. Picked off all I could find with an exacto.

So what’s the consequence of smoking or ingesting banner or pollen on your bud?

No idea how long these have been there. Any way to tell if any were dusted?

I’m not aware of any problems with consumption, other than the presence of developing seeds. How much longer do you have til harvest?

If there’s pollen and you have allergies you may have a reaction otherwise nothing afaik
