Yep know word yet on Lilma. I do hope she is not in pain in her last days, hours and she finds peace.

I just got the road to my creek done this morning and left the water funnel and hose down at the creek for an other day. Today is payday and the bank already put an overdraft charge on my account. I have a bunch of bills that are building up and stuff to get done this month so won`t have much if any extra left over. The indoor also has a ways to go on most of it. Maybe next month will be less tight. I hope gas contenues to drop but sounds like we may be into it with Iran soon and that is very likely to cause it to jump back up.

I stayed home and avoided the greedy jackboots entirely Mark. I figure you did too.

Overdraft fees suck. The banks won't give you interest on YOUR money that they use but sure want to charge you when you use "theirs" for a couple days! Is there a possibility of overdraft protection since you have your check direct deposit?

Take care bud.

My 4th of July was a relatively boring, usually around me all you hear is Boom, Boom, Boom but this year because of the drought it was illegal to light off any fireworks of any kind. If you know me very well this would not stop me 1 bit, but on the 4th I go out to a friends farm and he didn't want anything lit off so there wasn't. Oh well I still handed out tons of crackers to be used at their discretion, there's always time to light a fuse and a dube. I had some seriously big ones to light this year, will be mistaken for thunder by people miles away LOL. The mayor of Indianapolis was on TV saying that it would be a 500$ fine if you were caught lighting off any fireworks, almost unamerican. I hope things are going well for you Mark and your family as well

Just heard that Lilma woke up from being in a coma for the last few days and asked for some chinese food! She is a tuff one and not yet ready to go I gess. Then it may also be all the prayers and good karma being sent to her from Oh so many friends! It would be nice if she went into remission!!!

Went down the hill today and forgot some dvd rentals and my propane tanks. I went inot a used tire shop and had my spare tire fixed and found 4 tires for $100 in great shape. I bought two and they are saving the other ones until next weak. The big generator is done and ready to pick up as they were closed by the time the tires were installed. The cost is $195 !!!!!! about 25% of my income for the month! I`m thinking I may not get any soil or castings but just the loam by the creek and what I have. It`s getting late to transplant them and get enough increase in bud worth the expence. Well maybe the 5 & 10 gal pots would be worth the expence. Even as things are I still expect 100+ lbs.( I got that much from 22 plants year before last) I should take some more pics of the garden and also put up the pics I took of the road to the creek soon. I`m headed back down the hill again tomarrow to finish what I couldn`t get done yesterday and today.

Oh Yes! Got invited to Tri-tip BBQ on the 4thand then to a party up on a hill above Lake Oroville to watch the fireworks. Had a great time but drank to many margirita`s and smoke some very strong ganja with anold guy from Jamacia. Ever see very grey dreds before? I`ve never seen them so long before ether! He clamed to be Bob Marley`s uncle and his last name was Marley also. Intresting time but I got behind more because of taking the time off.

I still need to get my water collector and tubing in and at least put in some wire rings lined with weed cloth( cheep smart pots). I also need plastic for the black out shed/trim & dry shed. And I need to build up my brush wall and put in string and cans. Oh and move my dog into the grow area! Lots to be done!!!

I got my big generator back. Been having set backs, 5 flat tires in 5 days ! None on my road into the creek though.

Not much going on today,my elbow is hurting to bad. I watered and milked some pollen and put the 150 gal transfer tank in the back of the truck as the utility trailor has a flat. I`ll check the mail and get some water on the way back. If I feel better tonight I`ll take the tire off the utility trailor so next trip to town it can get fixed. Tire 6 now! I know there are brownies in the forest now! Um talking about brownies try asking for the special ones at the Farmer`s Daughter in Sacramento! Yep they are `special brownies`!
