Feel real sick but got the pump working and got the 325 gal tank half full. Only filled one flower bed. It`s early in the morning and had to shoot off my hand gun to scare the bear away from the camp. between the bear and my dogs making racket I couldn`t get any much needed sleep. Got rain coming in a few days and then soon after we`ll be mostly in the 90`s.

Feeling better. Got most of the beds full now and my son`s coming in the morning to help finish before the rain hits. need to get the plants in the ground soon! Don`t have any larger pots to re-pot them with and they're getting root bound. It maybe a late start but they`ll take off in the new flower beds. Ended up using Barnyard plus from Kenney`s Nursery. tested the soil ph and it came out 6.7 with the creek water. It`s also alive with good stuff ,I might top dress it with castings later though. Or I might just put a few hand full of worms in each ben.Kid up the way came by and gave me 30 bags of cow manure he had left over. He also offered me some cedar timbers from where he cleared his land. Nice guy. I gess I`m lucky as the bear broke into his new truck last night and trashed it.They sure are being pests this year!

Got all the beds done yesterday by night so I took my son home and spent the night there. It`s been raining ,mostly lightly. Can`t transplant until the potted plants dry out enough. Got my brake line fixed and bought a new Honda wx10 water pump. it`s a one inch and has a hose adapter for the outlet. Now I should be able to draw water from my creek, transfer it to my tanks and use it to have water pressure to water this year. No more using jugs! Plants are loving the rain! I`m going to order a low profile water tank for the pickup tomorrow. Also picked up two 5 gal buckets of Earth Juice and one gal of Micro Blast to go along with my tea supplies.

Yep the bears left my RV and camp site alone. I did see a bunch of dear just up the road on the way back home. Had to get out of the truck and shew a young buck out of the way 100 yards from my RV. He just stood in front of the truck and wouldn`t move even when I honked and yell at him out the window! After I went by him he followed me most of the way home. The wildlife is becoming way to friendly with me around here! The dogs are the only thing keeping them away from camp...so far! Lots of Bald Eagles nesting in the trees up here this year also.

Sucks no one has a low pro-file 305 gal tank in stock and the only factory who makes them can`t supply them for 6-8 weeks. That would be to late to be of any good to me this year! I`ll have to do with the 150 gal tank I have and run my ass off getting water again this year. I`ll order one next winter in time for next Spring anyway. This really sucks!

I might go ahead and get a truck tank that`s not low profile. Only thing is it will need to be secured in for going over the ruff and steep roads because it won`t be held tight by the wheel wells. Maybe next year I can get a water truck with a 1000+ gal tank. Do they make a GMC c-60 flat bed with 4x4 ? I could secure a 1000 poly tank on one of those. Be nice to have the bed a dump bed also so it could double for soil and gravel for my road. I have a few teeth left maybe if I have em pulled and put em under my pillow this winter?

It got plenty of rain the other day and my smaller plants are going to town. They're going into larger pots ASAP ! There working on their 7-8th nodes now. The larger plants are getting to big for there containers and many will be planted in the beds soon. One of them went into full flower because of the clouds. I`ll take some pics in a few days and post them. My little veggie garden is also out of control !

Got about 18 of the large ones in the beds and repotting the smaller ones into 5 gal pots until they show sex. Got to do a water run in the morning then get as many done as I can before it gets hot. Got to stop at some point and do laundry but hope to finish first. Hit em all with B-1 in the water and after a week I`ll give em some willow tea for the roots then an other week and some coconut water and a mild solution of grow ferts for super vegging. There real late getting into the ground as there`s only maybe 9-12 weeks left for vegging before flower. Was thinking I might run some lights on them in the early morning to keep em in veg a week or two longer if it looks like I`ll have enough money to make a cover over them for the rain.

Next year much of the work will not need repeated nor the expense. I`ll start my seeds even earlier and work up some moms for cuttings so I`ll have em sexed and ready much earlier. This year it is what it is.

Krap getting it done a little at a time. It`s 103 in the shade right now! Anyone else getting warm today? I had to knock off early and did a water run. Half of which went on me from the hose to cool off. It didn`t feel as good as I thought though because the water in the creek is at 30 degrees! I was going to use an ice box in the creek for a fridge but it would only attract bears. I do keep a few beers down there though. It`s slow but when everything is planted or repotted I take some pics and post them. It will be the `before pictures` to compare to the end of season pictures.

I hate going to town on Sunday`s. You can never get stuff done. Well that`s not completely true got some supplies and my laundry done. But I couldn`t find but one hydro store open and they didn`t have any thrifty 5 gal pots so I won`t be able to transplant my seedlings in the morning. Instead I`ll be off again trying to find the pots to put them in until they show sex. There about 11 weeks and at there 7-10th node so shouldn`t be to long. Soon as they show the best females will be transplanted again into the beds. Until then they need to stretch there root systems and grow like hell!

I got some 7 gal plastic grow bags to finish up transplanting my smaller plants for now and my trimmer came today. Haven't had time to open it. I need water for the morning and went to get some with the 150 gal tank , my 12 volt pump and forgot the battery. I`ll have to try again early in the morning! I`ll need more water tomorrow. Left the pump set up in the creek and the tank is secured in the bed of the truck. I`ll work on as many transplants as I can before it gets to hot. I also got the fittings for setting up the 275 gal water tank today. I`m going to need a lot of water. Soon as I can get all the plants transplanted I`ll work on pooling up the creek a little so I can use the 1 inch Honda pump there and to transfer the water from the truck to the water tanks. I got a water wand and will save the 12 volt water pump for water presser for watering the plants. I might be able to use the Honda pump for that also leaving the 12 volt as a back up pump? Next trip to town I need to pick up more water hose. It never ends needing something from town.

To hot to drink my morning coffee today. I squeezed out enough water from the tanks to do the morning watering and started up the generator/AC and am trying to kick my self into gear to fetch water and start repotting plants. It`s a tuff one as I also have the battery for the 12 volt pump charging. Maybe in half an hour more? Didn`t sleep well last night, too hot ! Can`t run the generator all night just to keep cool!

Looks like two more days in the 100`s . then it drops into the upper 90`s and cooler at night. I`m going to keep plugging along repotting and keeping my 325 gal tank full . After it cools down I`ll plan on working on the other water tanks. I`ll spend the afternoons in the trailer cooling off with the AC. Hot as it`s been the plants seem to be doing OK. I`ll take those pics after all the little ones are repotted and post em. I won`t be pre-training the larger ones for a few more days because of the heat anyway. I hope to see them branch out a little before training or putting up the screen for scrog. right now root growth is what`s important!

Got most of the smaller plants repotted today. Just a few C-red to go and then some of the volunteers that were in smaller pots. Also have the Blue Goo and the Purple Diesel coming out of flower now and will attempt to make some clones of them soon. These were clones given to me by a friend. Not sure what I`ll do with them but they are tasty frosty budded so going to do something with them. I still have two Banana Kush that were given to me to pick up. They have been in the ground for awhile now so don`t know how much root I`ll be able to salvage on them. They are about 3.5 foot tall. Again not sure what to do with them ,maybe put them in 22 gal pots and stick them out and about somewhere? I`ll have my hands full with just 66 to water though!
