OK been getting more done but falling farther behind, WTF ! About time to see if I can get my son up for an other visit. Been working on getting him to move out of his apartment and up here with me until harvest is over. I`d then get a rental house through Winter and have a place to do mother and clone plants for Spring.

I don`t know what to think. I have a prospective offer to endorse some grow products for a company and it`s EBay store. Not sure where they would publish the endorsement but sounds like on there home page, at Ebay, and at unnamed 420 friendly internet sites. Possibly some publications such as High Times Mag ,ect. This has never come up before. Well other than asking for smoke or grow reports from other venders strains . I was asked to be an alternative judge in Holland once but they only reimburse expense's such as hotel, food and travel costs if they actually end up using you as a judge. All I would have got was the entrance fee paid. I`ve taken great pains to keep my real name and photo out of the lime light until MMJ is legal at least Nation, wide if not World wide. Not sure how this would turn out.

OK just got all the smaller plants done and have 7 pre-flower to plant already! Still working on repotting some of the larger ones and then going to clone off the Blue Goo and Purple Diesel. Looks like the Gurrero Kush is starting to go back into veg so I`ll be making clones of it as well. I know I said I`d take some pictures, really I will ! Coming soon!

Today was a big waste of time( grow wise) . Went to my son`s home and couldn`t call ahead because his phone was turned off. He hadn`t gone to bed yet at almost 1pm and didn`t have any clean laundry done. His utilities were almost ready to be truned off and had very little food in his house. So added him to my phone and got him a smart phone, payed up his utilities, got him some food and coins for laundry and will be back to pick him up to work in a few days. This boy has me worried! He has a bad back, and may also have A.S. like I do. He just isn`t taking it well. My twin Daughters have both had DNA tests done and also Have A.S. It takes some time to get real bad and you can`t waste what time you have. You can slow it down by staying wasted however(LOL)!

Oh I did finish repotting so next is cloning ,working on water tanks, and watching for plants to sex out. I`ll also need to train the ones in the beds for the SCROG .Did I here someone in the back ask about pictures? Yes that is also the plan,soon now! I got a new Galaxy 5 phone so maybe playing with it for pictures or use the Nikon ,not sure yet.

All good things to those who wait. If I`m going to do a start up of MC`s seeds I should do it right. I need a good set up to do that and it takes time to make a comeback from forcloser and bankruptcy. Between my disabilities and lack of trust in Banks it makes it even harder. I just don`t want to work 30 years that I may not have anyway and have it all taken away from me again. I own my land but am still homeless other than an RV. It`s much harder living than being in a $300,000 home at 2009 prices. Hell I`m dry camping, off grid and miles from a paved road! That`s not to say no breeding is in the works now. That work has never stopped in 50 years. Just not doing it for production or sales right now and on a reduced scale. I plan on doing a limited release of C-red, Cough drop Kush, and a few others that are in this years grow so you will be seeing what I vend and everything made will go towards MC Seed Co. Original Bubba will be worked on next year. maybe Original OG as well. African Black will take more time. I`m working with the original OG some this year but I seem to have found two new pheno types from the original seeds. There may also be more pheno types to be discovered. I`m also starting work on a Erkle x Cherry Pie x Original OG cross but the discovery of more pheno types in the OG will slow things down some. Also working on a Purple D cross, An extra sour Banana cross and others. Just because you don`t hear much doesn't mean nothing is going on.

Right on Mark, the main thing I respect about you is you work steady and don't hype things up when you could by all rights start a feeding frenzy. I said it before and I mean it if I could help the process I'll live in a tent just to get my hands in the dirt and grow some plants again, my talents are wasted up here.

What I really need is 60 hour work days ,10 more days a week, 6 more months between Spring and Fall and to see Winter scratched except in the Ski areas and Christmas. That and maybe some of that cheep money the dam Banks are getting handed out to like candy by our Government as a reward for screwing up the world!

Oh no! Not by a lone shot! I still need to sex the plants in pots that are on the ground and plant them in the beds. I did start 12 clones of the purple D and have the other two strains to go. I still have to set up the 275 and 1000 gal tanks and also work on pooling up the creek a little so I can use my new Honda water pump. Then they need trained and tied and the screens need put in for the outdoor scrog. I could go on and on but you get the idea. Miller time will have to wait until after harvest. There just seems to never be enough time to get things done like I want to. But every year seems a little better. I always build on what was done the year before. I plan in stages for two to three years ahead. Problem is plans run a year or two late most the time.

When do they start flowering up therez?Mid Aug.?

Depends on the strain but you can expect late August early September. Plan on using lights in the early morning to push it back a few weeks thought. I`ll need covers built on the beds to keep the flowers out of the direct rain and keep the morning due off them as the air turns cooler. Also need to fix the roof on the dry shed better and thinking of using fans and a small electric heater to keep the air dry enough to be able to cure them in the shed regardless of weather. I just picked up an other pickup load of metal roofing from a family owned garage that my brother is redoing into a house. Also got a table top saw and a bunch of wide mud & snow tires for the truck, two mounted on rims that will fit my truck. Going to pick my son up this morning for a few days to help work on the creek and set up the water tanks. He`ll aso be working on clearing brush that will go for the berm and brush wall around my grow area and be setting up the barb wire and cans around the parameter of the garden later in Fall.

I`m thinking of renting a house with my son next Fall and have a place to get out of the snow in the Winter. I could use it a garage for growing moms and making teen clones all sexed and large to plant next Spring after just doing some amendments to the soil beds. Every thing I do for this grow will be utilized on the next grow, so although a lot of work and expense, it isn`t just for this year`s grow. I`ve grown here for a few years now and know what to expect for the weather and other problems. I`m trying to address thoughts problems in this grow. I am behind a little on the plants but not as much as last year and although they aren`t bushed out again they do have lower side nodes on them and will get more nodes than last year`s plants. Also not allowing any males anywhere near them this year as a few plants ended up with some stray pollen hitting some of them last year. This year all debits have been paided on the property so I`ll be able to keep what ever I grow towards the property and the next grow. Last few grows went to paying debits mostly. The goal this year is only around 100 lbs. out of 66 plants. Hell I`ve got that before with 22 plants. I`ll get them as large and full of node sites as possible this year and work ahead on the problems that have come up before. That being early morning dew ,early rain, trimmers not showing up, dry shed not being ready in time, rippers, ect. Got to pull off a better grow each year!

Didn`t get much done today. Still waiting on my son to be able to come up and help out. I did do a once over on every plant and found a couple males and about 6 females but because I thought I`d be going to town everything got lots of water . Couldn`t transplant as the roots were to wet. I also measured out the bottem of the 275 gal water tank in a cage. It needs new wood bolted to the under side before I can fill it. I can see it was designed to pick up with a fork lift and the tanks can be stacked. I was thinking one like it could be used in the pickup to fetch water in. It would hold an other 125 gal. more than the 150 gal water tank I`m using now. Still smaller than the 305 gal low profile transfer tank I had in mine of and it would stick up in the rear window when backing up to the creek. But maybe it would work?
