meanwell elg vs xlg

seller on Alibaba told me they offer two Meanwell drivers. Meanwell elg vs xlg which is one is better in terms of power?

I want to make sure they will really be putting out 240 watts from the wall.

Anyone had experience with either of these two types?

so i know samsung are the best around here, but anyone have anything to say about Osarm Led chips? Another supplier offered me Osarm QB 640 watt for $230, which seems like a deal; comes with MW driver. Thoughts?

Osram are decent also.
