Medical Grape Romulan grow - how many and when to fiip?

Hey everyone. No experience with grape romulan and was wondering if anyone had any with her and could shed some light on how she grew. Was wondering how many per light should she be ran at and how big to veg her to?

Setup will be coco/perlite top fed but not sure if 9 16 or 25 should be run?
