up to you, what do u prefer coach lock high or a bit more energetic type of high.. I personally would wait just a little bit more, but they are fine as they are right now

Dang man, those leaf stems are crazy long. Looks good though. The trichs look good to me, I say give it the chop as soon as soon as any amber is clearly visible, unless it's your bedtime bud. :)
