Mercegue vs Jack Plant 12/12 from seed

Hi guys here we go again !!!
this time im doing a 12/12 from seed since i had the Critical growing.
at this moment its day 41 my setup is the same:

150Watt HPS grow and flo agrolite
600w oil heater
fan
temp control
canna pro coco
canna a+b
canna rhizotonic
canna booster
ph down
ph a ec meter
11L pot

last grow didn' t have any problem this one the leafs are full of this spots??? anyone know what they are?? i dont see no bugs!!

buds are comming out pretty good!!

Nice buds forming, I have no idea what those white spots are, hopefully not mold/mildew, maybe rub some neem oil at 2 tbsp/gallon on the leafs with a cotton ball or q-tip.

What kind of yield did you get from your last grow doing 12/12 str8 from seed??
