Happy holidays to all my farm family hope everyone is having a good time with loved ones I'm stuck at work 12 hours today but we stay celebrating today I had homemade chicken mole with homemade gorditas my coworker took 48 hours to roast the chilies and seeds and hes simmered it orf 24 fo the 48 hours
