note: I searched and found some threads on burning but nothing really pertained to my "one off case."

apologies ahead of time if I missed a thread about this specific situation.

*I used Dr. Rosenthals book "MJ Saver."

question: What steps should I take to revive these plants/leaves?

scenario: I used a 600W MH bulb in its 2nd week of Vegetative, about a foot away in a 3x3 room. Light was on for an hour before I noticed the burning.

resolution: What I've done is used 1 tsp of MgSO4 (epsom salt) per gallon for 2 days now. reduced lights back to 100W Daylight CFL's

Here are pictures of what they look like:http://i9.invalid.com/albums/a65/Cavalierwa/misc/burnage.jpg

The pic isn't popping up very big for me... can't really see it well...

But, just struck me odd that you are foliar spraying w epsoms... if the plants have been stressed, best idea is to just back off... less light, less nutes... stress free.

For that matter, the cfl's at 6" might be a bit much after being fried by the hps... why not go 12, or 18"...? Let em chill.

Once new growth starts in again (they pick up), then bounce em a bit... u'r nute levels are even a bit high for seedlings.

I'd just chill on em a bit. KISS ;-)

The fluorescent shouldnt harm your plants, even in that condition. I would cut off any burnt leaves, or cut then with scissors to the non burnt part, so rebuilding will begin . Now you already know that h.i.d. lights need to be a minimum of 3' away when they are that small. The bummer is that problems like these just delay and ur 4 week veg time just turned int 8 weeks
