Micro Grow Light Hanging

Hey guys i need some help in trying to figure out a good way to mount these two LEDs to the top of one of my micro grows! Any ideas helps

You could build yourself a light stand out of PVC if that sounds like something that'd work. Use 1" though, at the very least 3/4", but I would go with 1"
