Sure is and also a total privilege having all these wonderful folk gather and share good times.
Ended up at the wildfire compound pan fried them steaks, great salad from Xavier I got the dressing jar, the house fav. an oil and vinegar concoction when ya dunked the ribeye into it was heaven..
So next gathering after planting lets hit Funkytown and get down....
Its really nice to see the respect us older folk have from these younger folk...
I feel no age barriers and we all learn from each other...
Amazing they laugh and seem to enjoy my endless stories of tales of wild and crazy times. They understand and just love the farm to table life, we share this and that and LLG always has a goodie bag of stuff for us. I just wonder how he knew we needed batteries.....
Back in the day my peers drank like fish and folks act stupid and do stupid things.
These folks drink beer to enjoy the flavor not to get hammered..
Also hard working and very smart group of what some call stoners, maybe so but brilliant polite and very respectful of us and the rest of mankind..
Wow all that BEFORE coffee.
Going to be another awesome day will keep close the memories of yesterday get out and live it up..

Where's the wildfire compound? Sounds like a great time was had by all......

Speaking of planting.... i'm thinking I'm gonna set my plants out soon and do the light interrupt gig at night. They are gettin too BIG for the room/the 1K. Gonna have to go outside...or add in another light

Forecast for low temps are (finally) in the 40-45 range.... could be a >go<

The compound what I nic named it, is a fortress just a tad west from your old spot next to a river...
.As I was pulling into shopping center delivering I though about you guys and how nice it must be to never have to go there again...
thinking about where you are now compared to that..Wow..
Ant it funny how some could not live rural like we do. Maybe a good thing..

The VV was never our first choice on places to live...it just happened that the best jobs/pay were there....

then we stayed 30 years. Funny how that shit happens.

but yeah...I don't miss it >at all<. I haven't had a fuckin tourist honk at me for almost a year now...LOL.

Rural and small...that's where it's at. Sleeping with my head about 15 ft from a raging creek is a dream come true. (no fan needed for noise.... this is the ultimate put-you-to-sleep gig)

Got home last night and made eggs for dinner. Woke up this morning and made eggs for breakfast.

@chickenman I'm curious to hear what you think of those Thai Destroyer buds... Fair warning: Destroyer + coffee can get a little weird on you. It's one strain I have which moderation is suggested

Weird ME???
will check and report. Funny I huff a lot. To me it's all good. As long as it's tasty I can get bent up pretty well on a couple of tokes every hour or so..couple meaning 5 t0 10 lol...
Sometimes head rushes that give me the whips and jingles and fade out for a brief moment....
the other day at hardware store stood up a little quick and left the scene for a few seconds, woke up the ace helpful hardware man was saying..
Sir Sir Sir. are you ok????

Checked it out, pretty much WOW.
Do this, do that, had to finally finish what I started.
My friend/worker said come on enough talk about the what you were gifted time for safety meeting..
Mixed in some bubble which really bubbled like crazy got all tore up.
At least he suggested lets finish corn patch before we move on and we did just that.
Twisted one up enjoying morning jibber jabber, kind of a lemon flavor I reckon...
Off I Go so much to do....

Good as gold them eggs are, spreading the love in casper this week. Lots of water, feeder creeks are full, flows up. Raised flow to 5000 at greys reef but zero to 5mph tailwind, no clouds and 75. Cold water slowing the hatch but nymphing is great
