Take everything with a Grain of salt until you try it for yourself, I could have stayed with the happy frog and liquid neuts, it worked but I get it could be better, will it be? Not sure yet, I sure hope so! I just feel like they benefit more from a healthy root environment than they would up taking some neuts, I know at the end of the day it’s all nutrition for the plant to uptake, might just all be preference but I like to switch it up, same reason I tried the FF strawberry fields for the other plant just to compare since it’s coco blend etc I wanna try it all and see what h in prefer the most lolLooking sweet man! Awesome how clean everything is! I know thats a challenge with teas and top dressings. Good work!! I am really digging how simple organic growing can be. And reading post after post about nute issues is confirming this is how i want to do things. But then again I am a rookie still, always open to learning more about this process
Lol I know it feels like this grow is going so much faster than the last one, still deciding on what to run next, I have those clones still, up potted from solo cups to 1/2 gallon pots about a week ago, running the fox farm strawberry fields blend I made, survivors seem to be 2x Cinderella 99, 2x Congo strain, another cut I took off a plant I liked that my brother in law was growing, all have roots coming out of the bottoms of their new pots after a week so defenitly rooted up good, all where cuts from plants in flower, had about 50% success rate, they are just beginning to re-veg can see the lower nodes dropped their old leaves and have been replaced by small new growth, if all survive and I have those 5 and my cookies kush maybe I’ll flower them all out after these 6x autos are done and take cuts off of all of them just before veg ends and I flip to flower to start rooting the next run’s clones. If I can harvest every 3- 3.5 months from photos I’d probably stop running autos (maybe lol)Lookin good, when I see your tent, makes me wanna go clean up my mess. Finally got my cover crop in. Starting to work that in. Good work man youre right around the corner from harvest.
Yep, monster cropping, inadvertently, lol. Just happened to be when I took the cuts from him. Hopefully they get moving I figure another 50-60 days for the current run, id like them ready to move onto the new tent, I’ll clone what I want once they are in the main tent for about a week, then wait another week and switch to flower, just not sure if they’ll be ready by then but we’ll seeThat’s awesome, I cloned a few off flowering plants on my last run, but didnt get to see them finish. The term for that is called monster cropping, it supposedly has its advantages. Like more of a manifold looking stalk, and more bud sights. I’m curious to see how they go. I’ll definitely try it again.
Possibly both but defi magHey @Aqua Man would you think magnesium or nitrogen def? Whatever it is 3 of the plants seem to really want something. They are growing fast as hell but I can see it really starting to show that they are hungry for something specific
If it’s mag I’ll buy some epsom salt
E/ just ordered some anyways in case
Id go about 1-2g per gal. Suggest starting at 1 and waiting a week to see if it continues to new leavesHey @Aqua Man would you think magnesium or nitrogen def? Thanks guys it looked like it to me too but then kinda looked like nitrogen def at the same time lol, I’ll have the epsom salt in 2 days so just in time for the next watering , I’ll start with 1g per gallon and see how they respondLooks like mag.
All dry amendments, living soil custom blendWhat nutrients are you using and the nitrogen npk? I use RAW NPK and the largest amount I use 1/4 teaspoon and that is for silica and cal mag. Nitrogen is 1/16 of a teaspoon 1/8 and 1/16 for everything else. Plants don't need a lot of Nitrogen. I hope it's cleared up
