Rockin and rollin now, we’ll see how she runs gunna flip to flower! As a recovering former techie and data/detail slut-whore, this thread is about to push me off the wagon lol
honestly it’s kinda fun to learn about it all lol, I do like the equipment and the variety, can pretty much measure anything, I’ve been likening all the soil sensors, same as my 30 gallon pots, really makes caring for living soil easier, but still figuring it out really, thinking I may change up some of the wiring, I think I can simplify it, so I’ll probably look at that on Friday the features on the controller like sunrise sunset are nice, so far though, my favorite has been the power strip, being able to control each outlet remotely is awesomeMike,
So far, and I know it hasn't been long, but what's your take overall on the setup and operation? Like, love, or so-so?
Good to hear! For now, I'll vicariously through your updates before I get crazy with the cheese whiz.Rockin and rollin now, we’ll see how she runs gunna flip to flower!

OMGJust so you’re aware, if you ever grow a bad plant I’m going to screenshot it and post it around all major holidays![]()

It’s true… im scared the pressure is on
People say organics in small pots won’t work, these plants are all the same age, in fact the small mothers in the 1 gallons in the 2x4 are the mothers of these plants in flower in the 4x8 and the 4x4x I’ve been water only and a few amendments once every 3-4 weeks how’s that not work?
I’ve noticed a wide range of variance between brands, I kinda find a happy point in the plant appearance and aim for that through the grow, my ecowitts are all identically positioned in the 30 gallon potsHey there, I'm running the GGS AC5 app controlled and I have issues with accurate readings on soil probe. I'm running rockwool which I believe is why I've had issues, how did you establish that WC was correct? I've been weighing cubes and triming the sensor to match my weights and relocating probe to find accurate readings. One of the more fun parts of the kit, and I know your running soil, but how did you verify measurements?
Yep 100%, im still practicing but the kahuna and Frostette mothers are about 3.5 months old now they were put in those pots the same time the 30 gallon pots were put into 1 gallon pots are free they all rooted. Only difference is I moved some to the 30 gallon pots, others just stayed in the 1 gallon pots they are all the same ageHonestly, organic or synthetic, ya just gotta feed em and water em when they need it. If that's on point, the pot size isn't that critical. You just have a much smaller window of missing the next water/feed.
