Thank you for this.Super simple, sturdy, self spacing if using more than 1...
You basically cut the bottom two inches and most of one side wall off of a milk crate however you please. I use a hacksaw and side cutters. A bit of a sand on the rough edges and drill a bunch of holes for airflow... Done
Easy, cheap, fast and effective. Great for leech testing, flushing and providing airflow to all sides of the pot. I made it to work within my current tent height restrictions but I think I'll keep them on permanently, even after I upgrade the flower tent.
My pleasure! Just made 3 more today lol. I'm all out of milk crates...Thank you for this.
Yeah that's handy and bro... Great idea.I do have this in my Super Critical CBD grow diary... I felt it was too awesome to maybe get lost or overlooked in there...
You know you get some credit here OD... LolBrill .. glad you thought of it . Od .
I've got 5 of the 8 I need. Should be enough of a head start...Yes thanks mate I love how you took the idea and ran with it most simple grow hack yet I bet there will be a world shortage on milk greats now ... you rock DrB
it's an offence - misdemeanour, me thinks - but where's a milk crate I can commandeer?
Great idea sounds like work though lol. I have mine on oven trays the tray sits on 4 soup cans. I have a rubbermaid bin lid below them.Super simple, sturdy, self spacing if using more than 1...

No, you would need to figure out something else for that size of pot. Tray size doesn't matter with suction lines in play.Ya but what size gallon tray fits under there ? If I use 10g pots would it fit ?

For bigger Pots I use the milk crate bottoms inside plastic totes. Every 2 or 3 watering's I vacuum overflow out of totes with a shop vac.No, you would need to figure out something else for that size of pot. Tray size doesn't matter with suction lines in play.
