Mills c4 in coco with dripper

Hi y’all ran canna price just to much ran base with cal mag pk n Mr fulvic. Now running drip with power si there base n cal mag there pk and Mr fulvic but I feel the bud not as great.
Think run vitalize in veg a & b mills there c4 and pk but my issue is can I run the c4 in drippers week 3-5 it Mr dhoukd I just hand water c4 1x a week with re charge
