With all the different strains it definitely can overwhelm ya.

Plus we harvest 3 different plants on average each month. Tons of variety.

I mean that really would be nice to do. And so much experience gained from all the different strains.

I always struggle with variety because until now I had no space atleast I can do a couple at a time now.

They are surely getting better each time now. The problem ones have ocean forest in the center from cloning and 1 gallon transplant. The all promix/ dyna grow plants are growing big and green. And the protect seems to have eliminated heat stress closer to the lamps.

Yes. I have been giving half the amount of foliage pro or so each time. So 3ml protect, 6 ml foliage pro for example is 1.3ec with my .3 well water

I use the dyna-grow pro-tekt as well seems to help with heat stress.
I was told by an old timer that it helped with pm, Ive always had an issue here in the new house and it seems to help a little..
In my DWC buckets I use the entire line from Dyna, had decent results with it.
Also works well to bring up your ph.
Plants look amazing MIMed.
Edit...In my outdoor DWC G-can.

Yeah makes perfect sense it will raise the leaf PH so molds etc don't like it. Also the silica with thicken the leaves making the plant more resistant to heat and pests.

Thanks man. I have been having problems a while now. The changes i made seem to have fixed my issues. I must have had a bad gallon of pure blend pro. Or it went bad.

Also dyna grow tissue samples showed silica is used as much as calcium in marijuana.

No its a seperate bottle. Foliage pro is the base grow nute. Thats 9-3-6.

With the protect it balances out nice at 9-3-9. 3-1-3 ratio. Well close depending on my mix. They call for at least 5ml each. Seems too much jacks ph high at that dose.

So...

Example mix:

Well water .3 ec 7.8.- 8.0ph

2.5ml protekt .4ec 8.0-8.2 ph

5ml Foliage Pro 1.1 ec 7.0-7.2 ph

1ml ph down (general hydro brand) 1.1 ec 6.2 ph

(Ph number averaged for gh liquid ph drops and my eyes)

I have not tried not using ph down yet. I will likely as i have been slowly cutting the dose.

Some plants have been lowering to 5.5-5.8 or so over time.

Also the smell, flavor and potency has been excellent from the first plants finished in pro mix (except for the ocean forest center) and dyna grow.

Veg tent tonight. 2 pairs this time from feminized seed.

2 larger plants in 1 gallon are Pow 33.

2 seedlings are Critical Mass x Blue Lemon Thai.

These are all Promix HP, Dyna Grow Foliage Pro and Protekt.

The seedlings have not been fed anything but well water at planting. Its been 7 days. They will get a .5 ec mix and topfilled to the top of the cups with more pro mix.

I used a .7 mix last time and think a little less would be better. Maybe i will settle at .6.

I just realized that the seedlings are not 7 days old. I watered in and planted the taprooted seed 7 days ago. So like 5 to 5.5 days old. Not that it matters much. ;-)
